SPT Stilton Port & Short Rib Burger – Our signature burger features a thick cut 8oz. Black Angus short rib and chuck burger seasoned and slow grilled on brioche with onion jam, smoked bacon, baby arugula topped with aged Stilton and Port wine reduction. $18

Prime Rib Sandwich – Thin sliced Prime Rib dipped in rosemary au jus with caramelized onions, Gruyere and horseradish mayo on a 6” roll. $16

SPT Ribs – A full rack of slow roasted pork ribs in our own SPT rub finished with our house bourbon BBQ sauce served with sweet potato fries and coleslaw. Full rack $28  Half rack $16 GF upon request

Parmesan Panko Chicken – Tender, juicy, seared chicken breasts with a parmesan and panko coating with a fresh herb veloute, roasted potatoes and our veg of the day. $19

Fish & Chips – Fresh cod hand battered and fried with tartar sauce and tavern fries. $19

Seared N.Y. Strip Steak – Marinated in rosemary and garlic, topped with melted gorgonzola cheese, merlot demi-glace, served with herb roasted potatoes and vegetable of the day. $29 GF upon request

Seared Jumbo Sea Scallops – Served over a butternut squash risotto with pancetta and sage. $29

Salmon Filet – Roasted with a house made whole grain honey mustard glaze, served with vegetable and house made mashed potatoes.  $26
