Coconut Shrimp — Coconut battered jumbo shrimp served with a Thai chili cocktail sauce. $18

Mexican Cheese Stuffed Cigars – Fried and stuffed with a filling of Mexican cotija cheese, cream cheese, jalapeño and red peppers, served with a tomatillo salsa dipping sauce.  $16

Chicken Dumplings – Crispy chicken and lemongrass dumpling, scallion, ginger soy dipping sauce. $14

PEI Mussels & Focaccia – Roasted tomato, garlic, lemon herb cream with toasted focaccia. $18 GF upon request

Calamari – Flash fried calamari, banana pepper rings served with our chef’s own marinara. $16

Handhelds

 All sandwiches served with tavern fries and a pickle. Substitute truffle fries, sweet potato fries or onion rings $3. Gluten free roll $2.

The Tavern Burger – 8oz. Black Angus with lettuce, tomato and red onion. Add choice of cheese.  $15  Add sautéed onions for $1

† Fire Pit Burger – 8oz. burger with pepper jack cheese, shredded iceberg, tomato, bacon, red onion and chipotle mayo on toasted brioche.  $18

† SPT Patty Melt — With melted Gruyere cheese, caramelized onions, and our house made onion dip, served on grilled rye.  $18

SPT Stilton Port & Short Rib Burger – Our signature burger features a thick cut 8oz. Black Angus short rib and chuck burger seasoned and slow grilled on brioche with onion jam, smoked bacon, baby arugula topped with aged Stilton and Port wine reduction. $19

Philly Cheese Steak – Shaved sirloin steak grilled with American cheese, onions, peppers and chipotle mayo on a 6″ roll.  $17

Chopped Black Bean Burger Wrap – A vegan black bean burger with arugula, pico de gallo and poblano mayo in a spinach wrap.  $17

Caprese Chicken – Marinated grilled chicken, pesto mayo, baby spinach, tomato, shredded mozzarella and balsamic glaze on toasted Ciabatta. $17

Smoked Grilled Cheese – With smoked gouda cheese and onion jam on toasted multigrain bread. $16

Avocado Ranch Chicken Wrap – Chopped crispy chicken, lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese and avocado ranch dressing. $17

Burrata BLT Sandwich – Burrata, bacon, arugula, plum tomatoes, fresh basil pesto and balsamic glaze on toasted brioche. $18

Reuben – Choice of corned beef with Swiss, thousand island, and sauerkraut, on grilled euro rye. $17

Crispy Chicken Sandwich – Chicken breast coated in seasoned bread crumbs.  Served on brioche topped with shredded lettuce, tomato, cheddar, smoked bacon and poblano mayo. $16

French Onion Soup – Caramelized onion, toasted baguette, provolone and Gruyere cheese topped with frizzled onions. $8

The Cobb — Mixed greens, bacon, tomato, avocado, blue cheese crumbles and hard-boiled eggs tossed in your choice of dressing. $17

Blueberry and Peach Salad — Arugula tossed in a honey vinaigrette with fresh blueberries, peaches, candied walnuts, red onions and goat cheese.  $17

Watermelon and Feta Salad — Salted fresh watermelon, smoked feta cheese and fresh mint tossed with arugula and topped with balsamic glaze.  $17

Southwest Salad – Romaine lettuce with a corn, pepper, and cilantro pico de gallo, shredded white cheddar cheese and tortilla strips topped with Cajun ranch dressing. $17

Ahi & Avocado Poke Bowl – Fresh marinated Ahi, avocado, cucumber, pickled onions, cilantro-lime rice, sriracha and spring greens in a sesame soy dressing. $22 GF

Mixed Greens – Mixed greens with tomatoes, julienne carrots, cucumber, red onion and balsamic vinaigrette. $14, side $7 GF

SPT Caesar – Hearts of Romaine tossed in a lemon Caesar dressing with EVOO and garlic parmesan crostini. $14, side $7 GF upon request

Roasted Summer Salmon – Roasted salmon filet with crispy skin, served with a coconut beurre blanc, cilantro-lime rice and roasted asparagus.  $30

Honey Soy Glazed Cod – served over wild quinoa, summer zucchini and snow peas.  $28

Fish & Chips – Fresh cod hand battered and fried with tartar sauce and tavern fries. $20

Steak Stir Fry – Seared steak and stir fried vegetables in an orange teriyaki sauce with cilantro-lime rice.  $28 Add shrimp $34

Blackened Sea Scallops – Topped with corn, pico de gallo, tajin seasoning and grated parmesan, served over cilantro-lime rice.  $36

Seared N.Y. Strip Steak – 12oz. cut marinated in rosemary and garlic, topped with melted gorgonzola and balsamic glaze, served with fingerling potatoes and roasted asparagus. $38 GF upon request

Signature SPT Ribs – A half rack of slow roasted pork ribs in our own SPT rub finished with our house bourbon BBQ sauce, served with sweet potato fries, coleslaw and  jalapeño cornbread.  $25 GF upon request

Parmesan Panko Chicken – Tender, juicy, chicken breast with a parmesan and panko coating with Dijon velouté, served with fingerling potatoes and roasted asparagus.  $26

Fish Tacos – Trio of blackened cod tacos, served in flour tortillas and topped with pineapple pico de gallo, coleslaw and cilantro-lime crema. $19

Fried Scallops — Jumbo sea scallops lightly battered and fried, served with lemon, coleslaw and tartar sauce. MP

Thai Shrimp Noodle Bowl – Chilled Asian noodle salad with hot Thai chili marinated shrimp cocktail and sesame slaw. $19.
