Vegetable Spring Rolls – Julienned vegetables rolled in flaky pastry with a sweet chili Thai sauce.  $14

Chicken Dumplings – Crispy chicken and lemongrass dumpling, scallion, ginger soy dipping sauce. $13

Spinach and Artichoke Dip – Topped with Parmesan and baked to a golden brown, served with tortilla chips.  $16

PEI Mussels & Focaccia – Roasted tomato, garlic, lemon herb cream with toasted focaccia. $17 GF upon request

Calamari – Flash fried calamari, banana pepper rings served with our chef’s own marinara. $15

Handhelds

 All sandwiches served with tavern fries and a pickle. Substitute truffle fries, sweet potato fries or onion rings $3. Gluten free roll $2.

† The Pepper Jack – 8oz. burger with pepper jack cheese, shredded iceberg, tomato, onion, bacon and avocado ranch dressing on toasted brioche. $17

SPT Stilton Port & Short Rib Burger – Our signature burger features a thick cut 8oz. Black Angus short rib and chuck burger seasoned and slow grilled on brioche with onion jam, smoked bacon, baby arugula topped with aged Stilton and Port wine reduction. $18

Turkey Cranberry – Sliced oven roasted turkey, cranberry chutney, lettuce and tomato on toasted Ciabatta. $17

Caprese Chicken – Marinated grilled chicken, pesto mayo, baby spinach, tomato, shredded mozzarella and balsamic glaze on toasted Ciabatta. $17

Pulled Pork – Slow roasted and topped with apple slaw and house BBQ sauce on toasted Ciabatta. $17

French Onion Patty Melt – With melted Gruyere cheese, caramelized onions, and our house made onion dip served on grilled rye. $16

Prime Rib Sandwich – Thin sliced Prime Rib dipped in rosemary au jus with caramelized onions, Gruyere and horseradish mayo on a 6” roll. $17

Avocado Ranch Chicken Wrap – Chopped crispy chicken, lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, bacon and avocado ranch dressing. $17

Burrata BLT Sandwich – Burrata, bacon, arugula, plum tomatoes, fresh basil pesto and balsamic glaze on toasted brioche. $17

Reuben – Choice of corned beef with Swiss, thousand island, and sauerkraut, on grilled euro rye. $16

Crispy Chicken Sandwich – Chicken breast coated in seasoned bread crumbs.  Served on brioche topped with shredded lettuce, tomato, cheddar, smoked bacon and poblano mayo. $16

Sausage, Squash, Ricotta & Honey – Sausage, roasted butternut squash, ricotta cheese, topped with sage and drizzled with hot honey. $16

French Onion Soup – Caramelized onion, toasted baguette, provolone and Gruyere cheese topped with frizzled onions. $8

Toasted Almond Apple Salad – Mixed Greens, toasted almonds, goat cheese, red onions, craisins and fresh apples in a raspberry vinaigrette. $16

Kale and Squash Salad – Fresh Kale, roasted butternut squash, walnuts and feta cheese in a lemon vinaigrette. $16

SPT Wedge Salad – Iceberg wedge, crumbled blue cheese, bacon, tomato, red onion and blue cheese dressing, finished with balsamic glaze. $16

Southwest Salad – Romaine lettuce with a corn, pepper, and cilantro pico de gallo, shredded white cheddar cheese and tortilla strips topped with Cajun ranch dressing. $16

Ahi & Avocado Poke Bowl – Fresh marinated Ahi, Avocado, cucumber, radish, scallions, spring greens, cilantro, pickled onions, sriracha & lime in a sesame soy dressing. $20 GF

Mixed Greens – Mixed greens with tomatoes, julienne carrots, cucumber, red onion and balsamic vinaigrette. $12, side $6 GF

SPT Caesar – Hearts of Romaine tossed in a lemon Caesar dressing with EVOO and garlic parmesan crostini. $14, side $7 GF upon request

Maple Mustard Glazed Salmon – Roasted salmon filet topped with maple and whole grain mustard glaze, served with rice pilaf and brown sugar roasted carrots. $29

Pork Chop – Seared bone-in pork chop with sauteed shiitake mushrooms in a red wine pan sauce, served with mashed potatoes and brown sugar roasted carrots. $32

Braised Short Rib – Braised in beef stock, red wine and roasted vegetables, topped with red wine demi, served with mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus. $32

Lemon Caper Scallops – Seared scallops over baby spinach in a lemon caper shallot sauce, served with rice pilaf. $33

Fish & Chips – Fresh cod hand battered and fried with tartar sauce and tavern fries. $20

Seared N.Y. Strip Steak – 12oz. cut marinated in rosemary and garlic, topped with melted gorgonzola cheese, merlot demi-glace, served with rice and roasted asparagus. $36 GF upon request

Signature SPT Ribs – A full rack of slow roasted pork ribs in our own SPT rub finished with our house bourbon BBQ sauce served with sweet potato fries and coleslaw. Full rack $30  Half rack $20 GF upon request

Parmesan Panko Chicken – Tender, juicy, chicken breast with a parmesan and panko coating with a garlic herb velouté, served with mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus.  $26

Thai Shrimp Noodle Bowl – Chilled Asian noodle salad with hot Thai chili shrimp and sesame slaw. $18.

Pulled Pork Mac ‘n’ Cheese – Slow roasted pulled pork, house-made cheddar cheese sauce with cavatappi pasta. $17

Stuffed Gnocchi – Stuffed with Italian asiago and ricotta cheese, tossed in a sage and brown butter sauce with sauteed baby spinach. $17
